Katy Hill is a much-loved broadcaster and life coach.
She started her career hosting the BBC’s iconic Blue Peter – the longest-running children’s TV show in the world – for which she won a BAFTA Best Presenter Award, a National Television Award and a TRIC award. During her time at Blue Peter Katy famously became the first civilian to fly a full display with The Red Arrows. As well as going on to front Live & Kicking, Katy held the sought-after positions of hosting the breakfast shows on CapitalFM and Heart, as well as becoming the first woman to host a network chart with Hit40UK.
After training as a personal development coach and NLP practitioner in 2018, Katy founded Limitless by Katy Hill, which offers 1:1 life coaching, keynote training and bespoke workshops. Katy is also an award-winning writer and has been featured in Grazia, Hello!, Conde Nast Traveller and Family Traveller.
Katy lives in Oxfordshire with her husband, Trey Farley and two children – Kaya and Akira.

Success & performance coach, Katy Hill has partnered with HSBC this week to offer her expert advice on how to fulfil your everyday ambitions. According to HSBC UK, 25 per cent of adults set themselves what they consider unachievable targets. The research was commissioned by HSBC UK to mark the launch of its ‘Investment Calculator’ which allows customers who want to set aside money to help achieve a goal, to see how the value of an investment can change over time.
